Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and have entered into a distance contract with Healing by Nutrition for a personalised nutrition plan, a personalised nutrition and exercise plan, or a personal coaching programme, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The applicable withdrawal provisions, including the 14-day withdrawal period and the conditions concerning services that begin during that period, are set out in Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at support@healingbynutrition.com.
Please clearly state in your email that you wish to withdraw from your contract. To help us identify the agreement concerned, please include:
Your full name
The email address used when arranging the service
The service or programme concerned
The date the agreement was concluded
Any other details that will help identify the agreement
You do not have to use a particular form or provide a reason for withdrawing. A clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw is sufficient, subject to applicable law.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
The withdrawal takes effect in accordance with applicable law. The consequences of withdrawal, including any applicable reimbursement and any amount that may be payable for services already provided following an express request to begin during the withdrawal period, are governed by applicable law.
If a statutory right of withdrawal applies and you have already made a payment, any reimbursement will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
